FZD Chief Engineer Dr. Melina Lutwitzi wins Manfred-Hirschvogel-Award 2023 at TU Da. Dr. Lutwitzi’s work “An Active Safety System for Wheeled Mobile Driving Simulators” was honored as dissertation of the year of the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
Besides outstanding scientific contributions in the field of safety in automation and automated driving, her ongoing commitment for students and teaching have been emphasized by laudatio speaker and head of FZD, Prof. Dr.-Ing.
