FZD at the VVM Mid-Term Event

During the two-day hybrid mid-term event, the project Verification and Validation Methods, sponsored by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, presented their first results for a homologation methodology for automated vehicles of level 4 and 5. While Clemens Linnhoff and Philipp Rosenberger presented the results of their perception sensor modelling research, Kai Storms and Cheng Wang presented their current state for the VAAFO concept as well as general data reduction techniques.
